What do you ship?
All of our products are shippable with no restrictions.
When do you ship?
All "in-stock" orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
If your order is "out-of-stock" you will receive a follow up email regarding the anticipated shipping time.
Where do you ship to?
Currently our shipping policy is limited to only the United States.
How do you ship?
We ship your order out via USPS 1st Class mail.
Rates to ship?
We charge a flat rate of $5.00 for shipping. However we do reserve the right to either add an additional handling or shipping fee.
How to track an order that's been shipped?
USPS 1st Class mail comes with USPS tracking and upon request you will be provided the tracking number.
Is there a pick up option?
At the moment the only pick up option would be visit us at one of our upcoming events.
What can be returned?
All, non-customized, products are returnable for refund or exchange if all prerequisites are met. All products must be unworn, unwashed and unused. In order to receive a full refund the reason of the return must be due a manufacturing defect.
When do items need to be returned?
Items must be returned within 15 days after receiving the item.

How do customers return items?
In order to process a returned item, you must first start by contact us via email at email@example.com. This will allow us to understand the nature of the returned and provide specific instructions to complete the return.
Shipping for returns?
You will be responsible for returning the item to us.
Credit for returns?
If the reason for the return is that of a manufacturing defect you will be offered a full refund or store credit. If you are returning an item that does not have a manufacturing defect your item may still be returned but only for store credit and only for the actual cost of the item not including shipping.
